Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1–2 business days of payment and before the project kickoff or onboarding process has begun. Once a project has been scoped, onboarding has started, or deliverables have been initiated (including audits, strategy documents, or any execution), cancellation requests will not be accepted. For retainer-based clients, mid-month cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service cycle has begun.
Service Adjustment or Pause
In special cases, if agreed upon in writing, we may allow a pause in services or adjustment in scope for unused deliverables, subject to team availability and strategic alignment. This does not apply retroactively and is at the sole discretion of Suphal Enterprise.
Non-Cancellable Services
Custom-built strategies, analytics dashboards, audits, consultations, or other one-time digital services already executed are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Services involving third-party platform spends (ads on Swiggy/Zomato/Meta etc.) cannot be refunded once the campaign has been launched or funds committed.
Concerns or Service Issues
If you believe the quality of service delivered does not meet the mutually agreed scope, please write to sales@suphalmedia.com within 2 business days of receiving the deliverable. Our team will assess the concern and may offer a revision, improvement, or alternate resolution based on internal evaluation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 14–30 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processes.
Refunds will only be made to the original source of payment.
